Mike Yandora started with The Concorde Group in December 2011. He brings 15 years of construction and estimating experience and serves as our Senior Estimating Engineer and Project Manager.
Mike Yandora started with The Concorde Group in December 2011. He brings 15 years of construction and estimating experience and serves as our Senior Estimating Engineer and Project Manager. In this role he is responsible for each aspect of our cost segregation projects including site documentation and filed measurements; compiling plans, specifications, billings; and performing quantity takeoff estimates for the engineering analysis of each study.
Before joining The Concorde Group, Mike spent 3 years as an estimator and Project Manager for a Michigan based general contractor specializing in the construction and renovation of commercial properties located throughout the country for national retail and food chains clients such as Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club, Panera Bread, and Burger King.
Mike also served as an estimator and project manager at other general contracting firms focusing on the commercial aspect of the construction industry. Projects included multi-family condominiums, CVS drug stores, and Comerica and National City bank branches. Mike also has front line experience where he has worked as a site superintendent and estimator.
Mike graduated from Michigan State University having obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management, and is a certified “LEED Green Associate™“
With this experience Mike has become an expert in the different construction types, styles, local governance, and variations that are critical for each project; giving him the valuable knowledge necessary to perform accurate cost segregation studies as required by the IRS and stated in their guidelines.
