Dee Anna joined The Concorde Group in December 2012 and adds significant value to our highly experienced team. As the Manager of our Southeast practice, she is involved in all business operations related to our Charlotte office. Her primary focus is to ensure that our clients and alliance partners receive the maximum benefit and value from our comprehensive Engineered Tax Solutions™.
Through her extensive knowledge and work experience developed over 10 years in the electrical and lighting industry for all types of commercial, industrial, and residential buildings she will serve as an integral part in providing our clients with additional benefit with respect to our Cost Segregation studies.
Dee Anna’s previous experience includes lighting system design and layout using the latest LED technology, low-voltage systems, and automated controls with a focus on energy conservation and savings. Clients included national restaurant chains, retail, manufacturing, education, and major sports organizations for both existing and new construction.
With Dee Anna’s wide range of experience with multiple commercial enterprises, she brings a deep understanding of the various building structures as well as sensitivity to the needs of each client.
